Atom AE4, 2015-2016 (Collingwood Minor Hockey)

Collingwood Atom "AE4" Blackhawks defeat Brighton "AE" in a 3-0 shut out to advance to the OMHA Finals! Excellent team effort!  We are 14 strong!  The playoffs have produced a strong team effort, great goal tending, including 4 shut outs, excellent defense and capitalizing offense.  Being 14 strong has resulted in only 1 loss and 1 tie with strong team play throughout. Extra exciting as this is the first OMHA Final for all 14 players.  The work will continue and the Atom "AE4" Blackhawks will be ready for Mitchell or Ilderton in the finals.  Thank you to the staff and families ...

Atom AE4 sponsored by Scotia Bank hosted the Barrie Colt Selects and Kincardine Kinucks AE for a couple exhibition games.  The players and families of all 3 teams donated food for the local Collingwood food bank.  Thank you Barrie Colt Selects, Kincardine Kinucks AE and the Collingwood Atom AE4!!  We were able to provide more than 200 items to our local food bank!  Great hockey and an excellent way to get in to the Christmas giving season.
