🔹 Lead Coach
Provides oversight and support to all Head Coaches within CMHA
🔹 Lead Trainer (healthcare background preferred)
Provides oversight and support to all Trainers within CMHA
🔹 Lead Manager
We are pleased to announce that Jenn McCarl has stepped into this role, providing support to team managers across the association.
These roles help ensure strong communication, consistency, and development throughout CMHA.
