🏆 U18A Collingwood Junior Blues Capture Championship at Orangeville Fall Classic! 🏆
The U18A Collingwood Junior Blues made their presence known at the 2025 Orangeville Fall Classic — and left as tournament champions!
In their very first tournament together as a newly formed team, the Junior Blues displayed remarkable chemistry, playing with the cohesion and heart of a seasoned group.
After securing a spot in the semifinals as the 4th seed, the boys dug deep, showing relentless grit and determination shift after shift. They battled their way to the championship final against the hometown Orangeville Flyers — and the energy in the arena was electric.
With the barn packed and fans roaring, the final was a nail-biter. Penalties stacked up, emotions ran high, and both teams left it all on the ice. Deadlocked at 2–2 after regulation and overtime, it all came down to a shootout. And the Blues delivered under pressure — burying the winner and silencing the home crowd in a thrilling 3–2 finish.
