Elevating Hockey to the AA Level for Continued Growth and Success!
Collingwood Minor Hockey is committed to continuing its steady growth in the region. Over the past three years, we’ve been building strong teams in the York Simcoe ‘A’ Divisions, driven by the local community’s passion for hockey and our collective commitment to making Collingwood a top-tier hockey center.
As part of this progress, the next logical step for CMHA is to consider expanding into AA entries for our teams. While we’ve debated submitting several AA entries in the past season, we have chosen to prioritize gradual, sustainable growth. This year, however, we are excited to take the next step and raise the bar with the introduction of more AA teams.
Here’s a snapshot of our success over the past three years:
CMHA’s Overall Record in the York-Simcoe ‘A’ Loop Since its inception, CMHA has achieved a combined record of 389 wins, 114 losses, 52 ties, with a goal differential of +1282.
Top Performances in Regular Season CMHA Rep teams have finished in the top 3 of their division a total of 17 times out of a possible 24 placements.
Playoff Success In the last two seasons, our teams have earned 4 championships, 2 finalist positions, 8 semifinal finishes, and 2 qualifying eliminations in 16 playoff results.
