This event is a culmination of tremendous teamwork, and we are truly grateful to all of the athletes, coaches, and families who made it such a memorable experience.
Dear Hockey Families, Teams, and Volunteers,
The 2024 CMHA 49th Huronia Tournament was an incredible success, and we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all who participated. Our tournament would not have been possible without the dedication and commitment of everyone involved. Congratulations to our 2024 champions:
- U10A – Collingwood Jr. Blues
- U12A – Temiskaming Shores Puckhounds
- U14A – Quinte West Golden Hawks
- U16BB – North Durham Warriors
- U16BB Consolation Winners – Collingwood Jr. Blues
This event is a culmination of tremendous teamwork, and we are truly grateful to all of the athletes, coaches, and families who made it such a memorable experience.
We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to the many volunteers who gave their time and energy at the tournament venues. Whether you were helping behind the scenes or assisting directly with the event, your contributions were invaluable. It’s your dedication and passion that truly make this event a success, and we deeply appreciate the effort you put in to ensure everything ran smoothly. Your hard work did not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for your unwavering support.
Looking ahead to next year, we are thrilled to announce that the Huronia Tournament will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary. It’s a milestone we are incredibly proud of, and we are already making plans for what promises to be an unforgettable event. To make it a success, we will be seeking parents to assist with the Tournament Committee. If your child will be participating in the U10A, U12A, U14A, or U16A divisions next year, we would be grateful if you would consider volunteering your time to help us make the 50th anniversary celebration truly special.
Once again, thank you to everyone who made this year’s tournament such a success. We hope you enjoy the remainder of your hockey season, and we look forward to seeing you all next year.
Warm regards,
Gary Jeffrey
