National Day of Truth and Reconciliation
Today, on the National Day of Truth and
Reconciliation, we at CMHA reflect on the importance of acknowledging and
honouring the history and experiences of Indigenous Peoples in Canada.
As we gather on the ice, let’s remember
that sport brings us together, but it also provides an opportunity to learn and
grow in our understanding of reconciliation. We stand in solidarity with
Indigenous communities and commit to fostering an environment of respect,
inclusivity, and understanding.
Let’s take this day to listen, learn, and
reflect on our shared journey towards healing and unity. Together, we can build
a brighter future for all.
Collingwood resides within the Territory of
Saugeen Ojibway Nation, which includes Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation
and Saugeen First Nation and is home to many Indigenous peoples including
Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe.

every game, and every moment spent encouraging our kids helps shape their
futures on and off the ice. We couldn’t do

and choose your team from the Orange Squares.

"Full Calendar" to view your team’s monthly game schedule.
Want to keep it
handy? Click "Subscribe" to sync with your Outlook, Google, or iPhone
calendar for a live feed as many games & practices will be added.
And please note
that times can change. Please always
check the website for the correct times and locations of games and practices
before you leave. We try to keep it set
but things can change last minute due to user groups and other unforeseen reasons.

Hockey is proud to announce the OHF Championship is coming to Collingwood !!
Hi Collingwood
Hockey Families,
I'm happy to announce that Collingwood Minor Hockey's bid was successful in
hosting the 2025 OHF
Championship for U15A across the province!!
CMHA had a great team of people working on behalf of both U13A and U15A
teams to submit bids at both levels for OHF Championships.
While there are only 3 OHF's held, it was going to be a challenge to succeed in
both simultaneously. Collingwood's bids were also competing against other
strong centres and also across the NOTHL, ALLIANCE, and GTHL. This will
prove to be an exciting weekend hosting the best teams in the province at U15A
level.
Credit needs to be given to the people who put the package together and
ultimately made this happen - Chris Lomonaco, Mike Rys, Jenn McCarl, Angie
McLean, Lindsay Laughlin, and Meghan Sandberg.
This is going to be a big weekend for the kids and the town! More details

We’re excited
to partner with the Canadian
Cancer Society for the CIBC Run for the Cure happening on Sunday,
October 6th at Blue Mountain Village. We need volunteers to help make this
event a success, and we’d love to have our players involved! 🙌

Set Up: 6 AM - 10 AM

Route Marshals: 9 AM - 12 PM
Players aged
14-18 will just need a parent/guardian to sign a waiver, while those 13 and
under must be accompanied by an adult.
