Respect in hockey is crucial, and we all play a role in fostering a positive environment. To support and retain our young officials, we're launching the Green Armband Initiative for all OMHA on-ice HCOP officials under 18 starting the 2024-2025 season. No Ref, No game.

- Green armbands will highlight and promote respect.
- Provided free at clinics and worn in all OMHA games.
- Officials can stop wearing them once they turn 18.
