Organize Your Documents: Gather your materials and find out where to get your Vulnerable Sector Check (you might need a formal letter from OHF).

Begin Screening Submission:
- Find your HCR # and register for the OHF Screening Process.
- Click continue, complete the form, and upload your documents (make sure to read all instructions for accuracy).
Required Documents:
- Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) Number
- Vulnerable Sector Check (upload a receipt if it’s still in progress)
Important Notes:
- All documents must be in PDF format.
- If your Vulnerable Sector Check is password protected, save it without the password or scan it as a PDF.
- For the 2024-25 season, you can use checks from 2022-23 or 2023-24 and the completed online OHF Screening Declaration.
- Note: Proof of residence and birth certificate are only required for registered players, not for Coaches or Officials.
After submission, you’ll get an email notification that it will be reviewed within 3 business days. Check your HCR account for updates.
