Rep Evaluation Registration for the 2024-2025, News (Collingwood Minor Hockey)

Online Registration has been extended until Wednesday May 1 2024 for Rep Player Evaluations U10-U16.

There is no in person registration for evaluations and you must register online and pay by credit card. Please note that you cannot use a cell phone to register.

Any player looking to attend evaluations as an NRP should complete the form at the link below to extend your expression of interest to do so. 



Non-Resident Players (NRP) for U12(2013) - U16(2009) must obtain a completed/approved NRP Form from their home centre and e-transfer $125 to [email protected] to be eligible to attend Collingwood Minor Hockey Evaluations. This completed form should be provided during the completion of the Expression of Interest Form below.

NRP Evaluation Payment - Please include the following information with the e-transfer: Player’s full name, email, date of birth and home centre.
