9am : Arrive Central Arena
10 am - 1pm : On Ice (with short breaks)
1pm - 4pm : Lunch and Off Ice Training
4pm: Pick Up Central Arena
Facilities: Washrooms, Water Refill Station, Indoor Access in case of inclement weather.
