Well, we had 4 teams advance to the OMHA championships last weekend and another 3 teams this weekend.
Unfortunately, all teams ran into great competitions and seems that the QuarterFinals were our nemesis, with almost all of our teams being eliminated in the QF's.
Not disappointing weekends whatsoever though! There was lots of great hockey with some real barnburner victories. There is a reason you make it in as one of the Provinces Top 12 teams and eventually collide with some big centres with strong teams.
At end of the day, no Red Hats this year for Collingwood but a massive success building up for Year No. 2 in the YSMHL 'A' loop.
Thank you from the CMHA BOD to ALL the Coaching Staffs and Players for making it an enjoyable season.
And BTW, Tryouts are right around the corner!!
