In Memory of Keenan MacLean Hill...
Hi CMHA families,

It is with the deepest regret we announce the sudden passing of Keenan Maclean Hill.  Tragically, his life of 26 years was taken from us way too early.  Keenan was a long time player for Collingwood Minor Hockey and helped make every one of his teams successful.  He enjoyed Silverstick and Red Hat victories several times during his minor hockey playing days.

Please read on...

Known as "K-Dawg" to his friends and commonly as Keener to many more, he was never the quiet type, well known for his outgoing personality and contagious smile.  Although he excelled at any sport he played, Hockey was his life!! Following Collingwood Minor Hockey, he continued playing Junior "C" for the Stayner Siskins and Mount Forest Patriots, where he was known as a hard hitting and offensive rushing defenseman, never going unnoticed by opposing teams!

Over the last few years, Keenan had been working in the custom home industry with mentor and home builder, Ken and established a sound career for himself, all while purchasing and renovating his first home in MacTier.  Keenan was most definitely ahead of his years, connecting with many generations of hockey players, be it younger or older, no matter where he played hockey.

Keenan is forever cherished by his parents Darin and Norah who have postponed Keenan's Celebration of Life until the New Year.  More information on this will be shared once plans are made.  Donations "In Memory of Keenan" are encouraged toward the Canadian Tire Jump Start program, just one way to show your appreciation.  Please follow this link for the Fawcett Funeral Home obituary.  https://www.fawcettfuneralhomes.com/memorials/keenan-maclean-hill/4803373/obituary.php

Darin and Norah, on behalf of Collingwood Minor Hockey, our hearts go out to you.
