Covid-19 Vaccination
Policy
The OMHA has mandated that all eligible participants are
required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for the upcoming season by October
31, 2021
(All Affected Persons are required to be Fully Vaccinated (i.e.: including the 14-day period after receiving their
completed dose) by October 31, 2021 or earlier.)
