Submitted By David Epp on Monday, September 28, 2020
Parents and Coaches !  Please start using the attached link for our new Contact Tracing application and database.  It eliminates the paper trail and populates automatically to a database.  You can thank Steve Aldred for spending his time creating this for CMHA.  Here it is but please read full article !!

Within it is built-in Health Questionnaire and Player tracing page.  Its as simple as 5 clicks to get your player signed in with the Coach for each ice session.  Drop down menus make it super easy to pick your child from a roster and sign them in as healthy.  The easiest method is for Parents to copy and paste the link into Safari or other browser and save the link to your homepage on your smartphone.  Then when you get to the rink, just spend a few seconds signing in your child.  Coaches will each be sent a separate link to a Dashboard where they can check which kids have successfully signed in for the session.  If you have any questions about how the app operates, please contact Steve Aldred at [email protected]

Here is the link...
