Hockey is..... BACK !!

Hockey Families!!

We are hoping to start hockey development for the kids of all ages the week of September 14, 2020 !!  This is dependant upon some insurance and validation certifications which are currently in the works.  We would have 2 weeks of development leading into gameplay.

Great News!  Collingwood Minor Hockey and the Town of Collingwood have been working together and we have worked out a way to allow Spectators in the arena.  This is huge progress towards getting our kids into a normal hockey environment and allowing parents to properly supervise and enjoy their kids childhood.

What we anticipate is the following:  For the month of September there will be parents allowed in the rink to gear their kids pre-session and de-gear their kids post-session.  Once the proper sanitizing protocols and staffing are in place, we are planning to have 1 Parent per child stay for the on-ice session to supervise and spectate.  Games and Practices!

I will post the TOC's (Town of Collingwood) approval, RTH (Return to Hockey) framework, CP (Central Park) overview shortly for all to see.

Please be patient as CMHA is actually one of the first significant communities in Simcoe County to obtain Game play and Spectator approvals officially.  We are on our way!!
