Permission to Skate and Non-Resident Passport Info.
Permission to skate (PTS):
If you wish to try out for AAA you require a Permission to Skate. To receive a PTS form please register player with Collingwood Minor Hockey using your pre-existing account. Once registration has been completed please notify [email protected] with the following information – Name and DOB of player, team player last played for and team and division the player wishes to try-out for. PTS can be emailed.
NRP Passport (NRP):
If you wish to try out for AA or A you require a Non-Resident Passport. The passport is given for the closest centre to your home and only one NRP can be issues for each player. To receive an NRP please register player with Collingwood Minor Hockey using your pre-existing account. Once this has been completed please notify [email protected] with the following information – Name and DOB of player, team and division the player wishes to try-out for. NRP forms cannot be mailed and require a parent signature. Registrar will arrange for pick-up of completed NRP.
