Body Checking Clinics
Submitted By mlougheed on Thursday, August 25, 2016
Hello Blackhawks, On September 1st and 6th CMHA will be offering body checking clinics to Bantam and midget players.

Please check the website calendar for details. There is no cost for the clinic and no formal registration but we would ask that if your child is planning to attend that you contact the registrar at [email protected] stating the name of the player who will be attending. This will help us plan volunteers. The clinics are meant for anyone who wants to improve their ability to make and take a check but it is strongly recommended for all players who are entering a level of hockey that has body checking for the first time. Players are welcome to attend both clinics but this is not required, CMHA would really like to see players new to body contact attend one of the clinics.
