Collingwood Minor Hockey is pleased to announce that our Rep Evaluation Registration for the 2024-25 season for U10-U16 is now open.
Online Registration is now open for Rep Player Evaluations only. There is no in person registration for evaluations and you
must register online and pay by credit card. Please note that you cannot use a cell phone to register.
Registration closes April 26th.

Any player looking to attend evaluations as an NRP should complete the form at the link below to extend your expression of interest to do so.
Non-Resident Players (NRP) for U12(2013) - U16(2009) must obtain a completed/approved NRP Form from their home centre and e-transfer $125 to [email protected] to be eligible to attend Collingwood Minor Hockey Evaluations. This completed form should be provided during the completion of the Expression of Interest Form below.
NRP Evaluation Payment - Please include the following information with the e-transfer: Player’s full name, email, date of birth and home centre.
